Ulysses XYZ + Pirate Chain NFT collaboration
Drops March 2022 on Open Sea
Ulysses XYZ teams up with Pirate Chain and author G Edward Griffin to produce an exclusive set of 14 animated NFTs celebrating the spirit of the Golden Age of Piracy (1650-1720) when pirates became more powerful than nation states, such that they were able to operate freely, setting up their own independent jurisdictions and trading routes. The NFTs will be narrated by G Edward Griffin, celebrated author of The Creature from Jekyll Island and minted by Pirate Chain.
The first NFT will drop on World Freedom Day, which was established in 2012 to celebrate the fall of communism in Europe. Each NFT reflects on a different aspect of civil freedom, referencing true stories from pirate history and featuring a quote by a famous champions of liberty.
Freedom of Choice
The Freedom of Choice NFT takes inspiration from the life of gentleman pirate Sted Bonnet, who became a pirate purely of his own volition and features a quote by American fiction writer Madeleine L´Engle.
Freedom of Thought
The Freedom of Thought NFT is inspired by the innovative thinking of pirates such as Henry Morgan and Blackbeard and features a quote by John Peter Altgeld, a leading figure of the 19th c. US Progressive Movement.
Freedom of Speech
The Freedom of Speech NFT takes inspiration from a legendary speech by Captain Samuel ´Black Sam´ Bellamy and features a quote by George Washington, US president and leader of the US Revolutionary War.

Inspiration is taken from the Pythia, priestess of the Oracle of Delphi, sitting in a state of ecstasy above a vent of mind-altering vapors.

You awaken to find yourself a robot with amnesia in the depths of a dystopian junkyard. Systems are not quite functioning, but you are surrounded by an array of advanced tech. Your mission is to rebuild equipment, align communication networks and evade ancient guardian systems, all in the quest to ascend to etherial, futurist realms and in the process, discover who and what you are.
